I am able to sleep within 15 or 20 minutes of applying to any area that I’m having pain. This was recommended to me by a high school classmate after connecting at the 50th reunion. About twice a week I wake with a cramp in one or both legs. Spray this on and massage it in relieves the pain in one minute. If I think ahead, I rub it on before bed. I gave my mother in law (86) some and it relieves her morning neck pain. Excellent product.

I love this product. I spray my feet right before I go to bed. Afterward, I definitely get a good night's rest. The only recommendation I could make is to start with a low dosage when first using this product. I sprayed according to the directions and I had very large BMs within a few hours. It was not comfortable. I cut the dosage by half and I am not having the same issue. It is a must try product.

This actually works? I thought it was as gimmicky kind of thing at first, but I have such severe leg cramps at night that I was totally down to try just about anything. And honestly, I'm glad I did. If you are on the fence about trying it, it really isn't that expensive to just check and see if it works for you. I will absolutely be ordering more when mine runs out. I didn't expect it to work, but it actually really helped my nighttime leg cramps.

This was recommended to me by a co-worker. I had tried everything short of sleeping pills to sleep through the night. I work four 12-hour shifts each week on a stand-up forklift, so my feet ache when I get home, no insole has been really great, but this made a huge difference. If you have trouble sleeping at night, buy this immediately!!!!! From the first night I started using it I have had the most restful sleep. It's been years since I've slept through the night. I also like the fact that I don't wake up feeling groggy.

I can feel the difference with the tingling in my toes. It works! The downside is the magnesium oil dries my skin & if I'm not careful it can cause my skin to peel. After I apply the oil & let it dry I use a thin coat of vaseline to help with the dryness.

I've never tried anything else similar so I can's compare to other products, but I was having leg and foot cramps at night. It's not a fun way to way up! Did a bit of research on the causes and possible remedies and chose to try this for the first time. It's hard to judge actual effectiveness if applied before bed because my cramps were so random. Weeks or months may go by without any, then once or twice in a single week. When I did apply before bed I suffered no cramps. I have used it after waking up from a cramp and applying. It took only a few minutes and the muscles relaxed and I was able to sleep the rest of the night without issues. My opinion is it works. I imagine it may depend on the cause of the cramps to begin with so you experience may differ, but I'd buy again.
