Fits good!
The post that goes into your ear is angled so the device can sit closer to your head and I like that. The ear loop is very comfortable and adds stability, never falls off. I also like the 11 hour talk time. If I could add anything, it would be an on/off switch and volume switches. It also is calls only. Would be nice if it picked up more audio. Others did so, but they lacked talk time and comfortability.

Headset cuts off randomly without warning
I love Jabra Headsets & have been using them since the late 90s. I don't use my Headsets for anything but talking on the phone. I had the Jabra Talk 15 SE & though it wasn't the sturdiest headset, it had outstanding talk time & issued a warning when the battery was low.Unfortunately, the Jabra Talk 5 falls short. It gives no notice when it's running low & worst of all, it cuts off randomly in the middle of calls, even after being fully charged. That's more than a little frustrating & several occasions, I've been in the middle of a call, talking to someone, only to discover that the headset had turned off, requiring me to restart the headset & reconnecting to Bluetooth. As for battery life, who can tell when a headset continuously disconnects on its own?For that reason, I'm returning this headset & will go purchase a different Jabra Headset. That's unfortunate because unlike other headphones which required me to switch out buds, the earpiece fit perfectly into my ear canal.I don't know where Jabra went wrong with the Talk 5, but I can't recommend this headset to anyone, not even an enemy.

Sounds good to me, but mic is not very good
When I use this with my phone or laptop, everything sounds great to me. However, many people said that I sounded faint and distorted to them. I would not buy this item again.

Cheap but not as good as I first thought
This was cheap and did not really pair well with the devices that we had bought. The battery life is not really good and I bought 13 pieces!

Does not offer a positive alert when powering up or down
The biggest problem is this blue tooth does not offer a positive alert when powering up or down. You simply get a brief musical note which is the same for powering on or off. The musical note is the same for on or off, so if you have it in your ear for a long period of time and your powering on and off throughout the day you lose track if it's on or off. Other blue-tooth devices actually provide a human voice that tells you on or off.The actual ear bud is much too big and does not offer different sizes to accommodate different ears. This one slowly pops out as you continue to wear it.

Incomplete Core Functionality Built In
Out of the box: looks nice, feels robust, & charged nicely. However, apparently "not recommended for music streaming" means "won't play any media apart from phone calls at all," which doesn't make any sense to even exist as a distinction. Absolute trash, I do not recommend purchasing.
