No information or instructions
The stone and the bottle came completely unlabeled and had no instructions. Waited a long time for it to arrive. Not a good product to buy. Completely useless without the information and instructions. The seller was contacted and rudely only offered me a 20% refund, and asked me to keep the product because a return would cost them a lot. This is bad customer service. Unacceptable!

The product comes with no instruction. The acid is not labelled. There is no written material with product

how does this work?
You get one bottle of acid to distinguish 4 or 5 different purities of gold? Does not make sense at all.

got the rub stone and chemcial and no instructions what so ever how does one test for purity when there r no guide lines for anything
