I actually like how the rave hydrate works! I wish the flavor was a little better than chalky tasting. pretty pricey, but it works pretty good.

The product showed-up 2 days after ordering (really fast). I live in Florida and since it's August and I was going to do a marathon weeding of my flower beds and walkways (a suggestion from our H.O.A.), I decided to give HydroRx a try to minimize dehydration. For best results, you are supposed to mix the powder with "room temperature" water. The powder mix has a mild salty flavor. As you can imagine, drinking salty tepid water in the sweltering Florida sun was not refreshing, but I drank all of it. Wow! It's 8 hours later and I feel great (even better than before I started weeding). Usually, I would be laid-out by now. I actually did a lot of other unpalatable household chores after weeding too, and that's not normal for me. In sum, I will use it again and I definitely recommend it for prevention of dehydration. It works!

This is essentially IV hydration therapy but without having to go get an IV put in you!!! I love this whole IV hydration trend, but sometimes going to the clinic to get an IV and $$$$ can be really expensive. I’ve been trying to find an everyday alternative for healthy hydration and I’m so glad I found HydroRX.I’ve tried a whole bunch of different electrolyte drinks (pedialyte, gatorade, liquid iv, etc) and I will say this is by far my favorite!! it actually tastes good, doesn’t have artificial sweeteners that you find in many other electrolyte drinks. I also like that it’s gluten free and keto. It has all the essential vitamins and minerals for healthy hydration.I like to mix this in a bottle of water for workouts, hiking, music festivals, even after a night out! It’s very refreshing and i definitely feel more hydrated after using HydroRX (and definitely has helped me cure that Sunday morning hangover, haha!)I am a nurse and I’ve even gotten all the nurses I work with hooked on this stuff! Sometimes we’ll add this to our waters even when we’re just at work to help encourage us to drink more water.I hope that they come out with more flavors soon!!

I need oral rehydration solutions because of a cardiac condition. I didnt like Liquid IV (taste, sweetness even diluted to 24oz) so thought to try this because of trace vitamins and no sugar in this formulation. The lemon flavor is gross/artificial and that stevia after taste is very present even when I dilute to 24oz or 30 oz of water. The search for an ORS solution continues...

I was really excited to try this as I'm constantly looking for new electrolyte drinks (my natural electrolytes seem to be expelled much too quickly and then I fell sick if I don't replenish them.) This one is not sweet and just has an odd flavor. I sometimes will mix it with a Lemonade flavored drink to try to mask it some and make it more palatable. I don't plan to buy this product again though.

So, I tried Hydro RX and I don’t know how to feel.I am not a raver or drink. I might have one occasionally. But I am a mother who is always on the go and don’t even have time to hydrate. So I thought this would be a good option. I have to say it absolutely works. I drank it and it made me feel like I had an IV infusion. Usually when I have an IV infusion, it makes me use the restroom because it hydrated me so much. I felt that with this product. Flavor wise it is absolutely gross. It tastes like vitamins with lemon lime flavor and it is very gritty. That is what makes me not like it, but it works. If you can get past that flavor then this is a great choice.

First off- I love that the product is vegan, keto and gluten free! I am an avid festival goer so I have been wanting to try this for a while. I got the lemon lime packs. They are super easy to use you just add water to them. The only flaw I have with it is the texture. The powdered minerals don’t break down very well in the water (comparing it to emergen-C) giving you a mineral aftertaste in your mouth. I tried it one day for the extra immunity boost rather than a hangover/party aid. I will try that over the weekend and see the benefits it has! The product came fast And overall I would probably purchase again. Would give 5 star if the taste was a little better.

I enjoy how this tastes and how quickly it came!! It took about two days, and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of packets within the container (you get 10). They’re super portable and easy to stick in bags and purses. I thoroughly enjoyed the taste as well, but I thought it was overwhelming and still kinda gritty at only 16 oz with the little packet. I doubled the water and it still has good flavor! It takes a little while for the powder to dissolve fully, but worth the wait and would probably help to have a metal mixer bottle. After about an hour, I felt a lot more rejuvenated and I figure this will help at festivals or dehydration in general! The low carb is a plus too!
