Didn't seem to help with restless leg or muscle pain. Have purchased from Integrative Therapeutics and am very happy with the company though.

I just keep re-ordering this product. It has been very effective and works for me. We'll see if over the course of a year my body builds up a resistance to it, but for now, it does what it says it will do.

I take 200mg twice a day, however my Mom being taller than me a weighing more likes this product because she needs more than I. Great for depression or anxiety ,of course always check with your Dr to make sure that it mixes with your meds

This brand has a higher concentration of rhodiola per tablet compared with other brands. It's a bit pricey, but it is excellent quality.
